Like Oregon’s other award winning veterans home in The Dalles, Lebanon will offer services to veterans, their spouses and the parents who have lost a child to war time service. Sen. Many people don’t realize that veterans who access VA care are often economically disadvantaged. If they have resources, then the VA copay is quite high (it’s higher than the Medicare copay).
